Kuru Kuru Pinot Noir 2019 - 100% of the grapes were grown using organic practices at our vineyard located high up on the slopes of Bendigo. Spring rain replenished soil moisture levels for the warm summer that followed. The crew kept on top of weed growth by both hand weeding the mechanical tilling. Small berries provided great flavours and we further reduced the crop with “green” harvests to ensure even, consistent concentration and achieve ripeness at harvest. The vineyard was planted in 2002 and it is broken up into clones 5,667,555 and 115.
